Graduate Education and My Worldviews Puja Adhikari Belhaven University MSL 601 Dr. Lori Wilson 03/17/2016 The course, â€Å"Introduction to Graduate Education†, is very essential to a graduate student. It helps us to know, learn, and understand about the graduate program in overall. This course will not only help boost other future courses but will be helpful in the workplace too. From this course, I will be able to learn more about fundamental research, critical thinking, and writing skills. Fundamental research are the basic research which are more like scientific research that improves theories and help understand the issues and situation more efficiently. One of the theories is that treating the employees as an important assets of the company. Team performance management deals with direction of a team work group in order to increase the effectiveness of the group. Individ ual effectiveness is equally important at the office. A perspective of individual effectiveness included strong communication skills, self-confidence, being capable of handling managerial stress, and work talents. All these fundaments should be followed through Christian worldview. â€Å"Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
