It helps us to know, learn, and understand about the graduate program in overall. This course will not only help boost other future courses but will be helpful in the workplace too. One of the theories is that treating the employees as an important assets of the company. Team performance management deals with direction of a team work group in order to increase the effectiveness of the group. Individ ual effectiveness is equally important at the office. A perspective of individual effectiveness included strong communication skills, self-confidence, being capable of handling managerial stress, and work talents. All these fundaments should be followed through Christian worldview. â€Å"Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.
